This notice explains how Foundry Energy handles personal data submitted through the early-access programme on this website.

What we collect

Name, email address, postcode and country, plus the optional details you choose to provide about your home: ownership, solar, battery, EV charger and approximate annual electricity consumption. We also record whether you opted in to product updates.

Why we collect it

To assess where early-access installations are viable, to contact you about the programme, and — only where you have opted in — to send occasional product updates. Marketing consent is never pre-selected and can be withdrawn at any time.

Storage and access

Waitlist submissions are stored in a managed European-hosted database and are not readable from the public website. Access is limited to Foundry Energy personnel who need it to run the programme.

Retention

We keep waitlist entries until the early-access programme concludes or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may object to further processing or request a copy of it. Contact us and we will respond.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any referral code in a link is used only to attribute a waitlist signup.
